3 lb beef round steak
2 T salad oil
3 T instant chopped onion
3/4 c catsup
3/4 c water
1/2 c vinegar
1 T brown sugar
1 T mustard
1 T worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Cut meat into 10 serving pieces. In large skillet, brown meat in oil over medium heat; remove meat to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, simmer 5 minutes. Pour catsup mixture over meat. cover, bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
