2 lb lean ground beef
1 onion
1 Tomato
2/3 cup of water
I package of Mexican cheese
2 packages of taco seasoning mix
1 bag of lettuce shreds
1 Large bag a taco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat throughly in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning add water. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes stirring occasionally, until most of liquid in absorbed. Pour in to 9x12 baking pan put chopped onion, tomato last layer is lettuce and then cheese. Serve with taco chips, sour cream, salsa.
