2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
12 regular marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cherry chips
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. spanish peanuts, chopped
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart sauce pan, boil sugar, milk, butter, marshmallows and salt until softball stage. Remove from heat. Stir in cherry chips and vanilla. spread in an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.
IN another saucepan (or in microwave), melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and spanish peanuts. Pour over first layer. Cool and cut into 1 1/2" squares. Makes 3 dozen.
