2 lbs skinless chicken.
1 whole green onion.
red (cayenne pepper) to taste
black pepper - to taste
soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Score top of chicken pieces diagonally. Put chicken in skillet. Chop the onion and sprinkle on top of chicken. Sprinkle remaining seasonings to your taste on top of chicken. Coat chicken lightly with soy sauce. Should barely be enough to cover bottom of skillet. Cover and bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 2-3 hours. Turn chicken pieces once or twice.
