2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch sugar
dash salt
lettuce
tomato wedges
4-6 oz cooked shelled shrimp
steamed asparagus or avocado slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for dressing and chill at least 2 hours. Arrange remaining ingredients on a plate and serve with dressing.
