2 c. chopped pecans 3 heaping TB. mayo 2 c. shredded Montery-Jack cheddar cheese Rasberry jam 2 bundles of green onions, chopped Fritos scoops
Spray a rounded bowl (size of a large softball) with Pam. Mix all above ingredients together and pack into bowl. Cover and let stand in refrigerator. To serve, turn over and place on plate. Cover in raspberry jam and serve with Frito Scoops.
