3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4-5 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 large onion
3 cans cream of chicken soup
thick homestyle noodles, or homemade noodles
salt
pepper

Noodles:
1 egg
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken breasts and onion for at least an hour. Remove from water, but save the water. Dice chicken. Add carrots and diced chicken to water. Boil 10-15 minutes, or until carrots are tender. If you are using store bought noodles add them partway through cooking the carrots. If using homemade, make them while carrots are cooking. Then add to water when carrots are done. Add cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately. Try adding celery or peas too!

Noodles:
Mix egg and flour in small bowl. Turn onto floured surface and roll to desired thickness. Cut into noodles.
