3 large tomatoes, diced
1-2 green onions, thinly sliced
1-2 tsp. Minced garlic
3 Tbs. Fresh, shredded basil (or to taste)
2 Tbs. Olive oil
2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1 baguette, sliced into about 1 inch slices
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but last two ingredients. Place baguette slices on cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese. Broil in oven until cheese melts. Top with tomato mixture and serve immediately.
