Ingredients:
1 package Italian dressing mix
4 teaspoons crushed red pepper
2-3 green onions chopped
2-3 cloves fresh garlic chopped
cup olive oil
cup balsamic vinegar
2 cups orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dressing mix, red pepper, green onions, and garlic. Add olive oil and mix. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Then add uncooked chicken and vegetables. Cover and place in fridge for several hours. (I put everything in a Ziploc bag.) Allow meat to sit overnight for best flavor. This is perfect for large chunks of green/red/yellow peppers, red onion, and chicken. Then make shish kabobs the next day and add tomato chunks before grilling.
