3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
I can of sweetened condensed milk
2 TB margarine (or butter)
I pkg Chipits milk chocolate chips
1 pkg Skor Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine, brown sugar and flour. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 20-25 mins at 350. Cool completely.
Heat milk, 2 TB margarine in pan, stirring constantly for 5-10 mins or until thickened. Spread over base. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over. Bake 2 more minutes. Spread chocolate around with spatula so that melted chocolate covers entire base. Sprinkle skor bits on top, press gently.
Refrigerate 4-5 hours before cutting and serving.
