6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (16 ounce) bottle creamy Italian dressing
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with pepper and salt taste. Place a little oil in a large, heavy non-stick skillet over medium-high hear. Add chicken breast and cook 4 minutes on each side. Pour about 3/4 dressing over chicken; cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. add vegetables, cover and cook another 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
