3/4 cup mayonnaise (not light)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5-6 boneless, skinless dry breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Place chicken breasts on sheet of wax paper and spread mayonnaise cheese mixture over chicken. Sprinkle heavily with dry bread crumbs and turn breasts over and sprinkle heavily with breadcrumbs.
Place chicken on a large greased baking pan making sure pieces do not touch. Bake 20 minutes (25minutes if chicken pieces are fairly large). Chicken pieces can be sliced and placed on serving platter.
