Small baking potatoes
6-10 cloves garlic
dried rosemary
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into thick wedges lengthwise and dry. In oven, heat olive oil and garlic in a shallow pan. When very hot, add potatoes to pan being careful not to splatter yourself with the oil. Sprinkle generously with rosemary. Bake at 425
for 45 minutes turning several times and sprinkling with more rosemary. Drain on paper towels and serve sprinkled with a little salt.
