2-3 tbsp black peppercorns
2 beef steaks (fillet or sirloin preferred)
3-4 tbsp brandy
blue cheese or gorgonzola (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crack peppercorns with mallets or heavy frying pan. Press into both sides of the steak. Put on a plate and drizzle with the brandy. Marinate at least one hour. Grill steaks to desired degree of doneness. If desired, top one side with cheese and melt the cheese. Serve with tossed salad.
