2 cups Cornflake crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
1 egg, beaten
4 Tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black Pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cornflake crumbs, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, minced onion, and black pepper. Mix beaten egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then batter. Place chicken on a greased foil lined cookie sheet. Anoint each piece of chicken with one teaspoon of melted butter. Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes.
