3 tbsp butter or margarine
1 lb fresh flounder fillets
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp chives
lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in shallow baking pan. Arrange fish in the pan, turning once to coat both sides with the butter or margarine. Drizzle lime juice over the fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crush herbs over the fish. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 10-15 minutes. Serve with juices poured over. Garnish with lime wedges.
