6-8 legs chicken
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp minced fresh ginger'1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp anise seed
1/8 tsp ground cloves
dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken is soy sauce, onion, garlic, and ginger. Arrange in a shallow baking pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cinnamon, allspice, anise seed, cloves, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken and back at 325 about 1 hour or until tender. Turn chicken once during cooking.
