6 medium squash
1 onion
1 grated raw carrot
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 carton sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain. Add all other ingredients, except 1/4 of stuffing. Put in baking dish and top with remaining stuffing. Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until brown on top.
