1 1/2 cups semi-sweet choc. chips
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) evaporated milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 1/2 c. Jif or other thick, creamy peanut butter
1-7 oz. jar marshmallow cream

Line a 13x9x2 in. pan with foil and place 1 c. choc. chips in large, heatproof bowl. In 4 qt. saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, corn syrup, and vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full, rolling boil. Boil and stir 5 min. and then, remove from heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream - stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan; top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Immediately sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup choc. chips over surface. Use a knife or small spatula to gently swirl chips for marbled effect. Cool and then cut into squares. For firmer fudge, store covered in fridge

This is my Christmas fudge each year and I love the taste but it's fairly soft. I always give it a long time to completely cool, and I place it in the fridge after cooling, before cutting into squares.
