Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet choc. chips 3 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) evaporated milk 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 2 1/2 c. Jif or other thick, creamy peanut butter 1-7 oz. jar marshmallow cream

Directions:Line a 13x9x2 in. pan with foil and place 1 c. choc. chips in large, heatproof bowl. In 4 qt. saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, corn syrup, and vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full, rolling boil. Boil and stir 5 min. and then, remove from heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream - stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan; top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Immediately sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup choc. chips over surface. Use a knife or small spatula to gently swirl chips for marbled effect. Cool and then cut into squares. For firmer fudge, store covered in fridge |

Notes: This is my Christmas fudge each year and I love the taste but it's fairly soft. I always give it a long time to completely cool, and I place it in the fridge after cooling, before cutting into squares.
