leftover pie crust dough
butter
sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out leftover dough onto floured surface. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll crust like a jelly roll and cut slices about 1/2" thick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes until brown.
