Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
3 egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
3 egg yolks
5 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
- Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks
- Combine buttermilk and baking soda. Add to mixture.
- Combine egg whites and vanilla. Add to mixture.
- Add 2 cups of flour
- Combine baking powder, salt and 3 cups flour to mixture.
- Roll out flat and cut.

bake at 350 degrees for approx 8 minutes.


FROSTING:

1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 pkg. Powdered Sugar

Mix and frost.
