fresh spinach
leaf lettuce
sliced red onion
hard boiled egg
bacon (optional)
1 tsp salad oil
1/2 tsp (scant) cider vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
dash salt
dash mustard
poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place enough spinach and lettuce to fill small salad bowl. Add egg, onion, and bacon. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and poppy seeds. Pour over greens and toss lightly.
