1 - 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (with or without skin)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
1 small can Ortega Chilis
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces in Olive Oil, season with garlic, salt & pepper. Add Ortega chilis and chicken bouillon. Add enough water to cover the chicken 3/4 of the way. Cover and simmer (low heat) for 20 minutes turning chicken over after 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer until liquid is reduced by one half.

Serve with buttered noodles, rice, or Rice-A-Roni
