3-4 oz chopped cooked turkey or chicken
1/4-1/2 chopped peeled tart apple
1 small stalk chopped celery
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp snipped parsley
1 slice bread
1 tsp light butter or margarine
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
dash salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey (or chicken), apple, celery, onion, and parsley. Blend together the mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper. Add to the turkey mixture and toss lightly.

Toast the bread and spread with the margarine. Place toast with margarine side up on a baking sheet. Spoon turkey mixture over it. Bake at 400 until hot, 5-10 minutes.
