2 cans Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup green sweet pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:

Put all ingredients into casserole . Mix well. bake 350 about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
