• 1 packet cheese and broccoli mf soup mix (or whichever flavor of cream soup you like) • 1 tsp baking powder • Just under 1/4 cup water • spinkle of basil, rosemary or whatever seasonings
The batter is a little thin. Drop 6 even pools onto some parchment paper. Baked at 375 for 11 minutes on one side (till edges were brown) then turn over and bak for 6-7 minutes on the other side until nice and crispy. Counts as 1 MF meal.
