Ingredients:
1 c. long grain rice
2 c. water
1/2 stick margarine or butter
2 tbsp. Knorr Chicken Flavor Bouillon
1 c. frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt the butter and fry the rice until brown; add frozen corn, add water and mix well. Add the Knorr and mix well until diluted. Cover and let boil. Once it boils, cook about 15 minutes until water evaporates. After 15 minutes try rice and if no water is present and rice is tender, it's done. If rice is a little hard, add just a little more water and cover and cook a few more minutes until tender.
