12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. cheese slices (1/2 sharp cheddar, 1/2 Swiss)
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli-cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups diced ham
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 12 donuts (doughnut cutter or small juice glass) or cut in cubes from bread. Save donuts or cubes and put scraps in bottom of 9X13 pan. Put cheese on top of bread scraps (alternate cheddar and Swiss) then broccoli, ham and then donuts (or cubes). Pour egg/milk mixture over all. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or more (usually end up cooking longer). Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Bon Appetit!
