2 large avocados Finely chopped purple onion (1/4 c.) Finely chopped tomato (1/4 c.) Finely chopped bell pepper (1/4 c.) Finely chopped fresh jalapeņos (1 or 2 depending how hot you like it) Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon Salt to taste
Mash avocados with fork and add all other ingredients. Mix well and enjoy with chips or on flour or corn tortillas.......Muy Bueno!!!!
