1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak
2 T oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 can tomatoes with liquid
2 large green peppers, cut into strips
1/2 cup cold water
1 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into strips and brown in oil in large skillet or Dutch oven. Combine the next 5 ingredients. Pour over beef. Cover and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and peppers. Cook on low. Combine water and cornstarch; stir into liquid until thick. Serve over rice or noodles.
