Crust:
1 stick oleo, melted
1 C. flour
1/2 C. chopped pecans

Filling:

1 C. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. cool whip
2 (3.9 ounce) instant chocolate pudding ( you may use any flavor pudding you like)
3 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for crust together; press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 15 minutes at 350. Let cool.

Mix filling ingredients. Spread onto crust. Mix instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip.
