2 cups flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
3 eggs separated
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks
Mix in milk and oil
Add dry ingredients
Fold in stiff egg whites.

Cook in Waffle Iron.
