1 C. Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking powder
tsp. Baking Soda
tsp. Salt
1 Beaten egg
1 C. Milk
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center of flour mixture, set aside.
2. Combine the egg, milk and oil in separate bowl.
3. Add two bowls together till moistened.
4. Using a ladle pour batter onto a lightly greased hot griddle.

These pancakes are so yummy with some real maple syrup and some fresh fruit cut up on top with a dollop of whipped cream !!!
