1 lb. bag of frozen broccoli - cooked and drained
2 c. of minute rice
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up broccoli into small pieces and mix with all other ingredients. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 - 45 minutes.
