3 cups diced cooked chicken 1 med. onion diced and sautéed 1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped) 1 can cream celery condensed soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1 6oz. box long grained wild rice cooked 1 cup grated sharp cheese
Pre heat oven to 300º Mix all ingredients together and pour in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes
I usually cook my chicken in the crock pot so it is tender.
