2/3 C. Butter, softened
32 Slices of Cocktail Rye Bread
2/3 C. Russian Dressing
4 oz. Deli Corned Beef
6 T. Well Drained Sauerkraut
4 oz. Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. Place the bread butter side down, on was paper. Spread 1 tsp Russian dressing on each slice. Top the other half of slices with corn beef, fold meat to fit on bread. Spoon 1 tsp. sauerkraut on top of each of the corned beef slices. Top each with swiss cheese, folding cheese to fit. Cover with remaining bread, butter side up. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat or a heated sandwich grill. Add half the sandwiches and cook for 2 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
