chunk of mozzarella cheese(or pre-grated mozzarella)
whole wheat pita bread
pizza sauce
grated Parmesan cheese
extras: sliced mushroom, broccoli, spinach, sliced ham
( or whatever topping you like)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Grate the mozzarella cheese onto the cutting board using the larger side of the grater. (If you prefer, you can also use packaged pre-grated mozzarella).
3. Place a piece of pita on the pizza pan or cookie sheet. You can probably fit 2 or 3 pitas onto it.
4. Spoon some sauce onto the top side of the pita. Use the back of the spoon to spread the sauce evenly. Add toppings, if you like.
5. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese onto the sauce.
6. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.
7. Place the pizza pan or cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Pita Pizza is a healthful food. The cheese has calcium, the tomato sauce has vitamin C, and the pita bread has whole wheat flour.
