1 1/4 cup cake flour, sift together with
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 Tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 1/3 cups sugar sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour, add the 1/2 cup sugar and sift 4 times. Beat egg whites, salt, Cream of Tarter and flavoring in large bowl until soft peaks form. Add the rest of the sugar in 4 additions. Fold in flour mixture, a little at a time. Bake in ungreased tube pan at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
