"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
4-6 Pork chops any cut will do.
Bread crumbs or crushed crackers
Butter or margarine
Eggs
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
I par boil the pork chops until they are just about tender. I then make an egg and milk mixture to dip the pork chops in. Next you want to take either bread crumbs or saltine cracker crumbs crushed fine and to that add about 1 tablespoons of flour. Mix this well.
In a frying pan melt about a stick to a stick and half of margarine.
Now you want to dip the pork chops in the egg and milk mixture, then coat the pork chops with the crumb mixture and place in frying pan. Reduce the heat to a low to medium flame and fry until golden brown on each side.
Season with season salt, pepper or whatever seasonings you wish.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Keep in mind that you can make more pork chops as needed. Just adjust the amount of bread or cracker crumbs as needed.
