1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups cream cottage cheese
2 T butter
4 T sugar
2 T mince onion (can use dried)
4 tsp. dill seed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Heat cottage cheese in saucepan to lukewarm and add butter. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese mixture with sugar, onion,dill seed, salt, & soda; mix well. Add eggs and stir in dissolved yeast. Slowly add flour to make a soft dough. Grease top, cover and let rise to double. Punch down; divide between two greased loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
