1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 cups boiling water
1 package dry yeast
3 cups flour
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 cups boiling water over oatmeal, sugar & salt. Let cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water, add to the oatmeal mixture. Mix well. Add in flour; knead and let rise until doubled. Punch down; divide between two greased loaf pans or form into rolls. Let raise. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
