3 pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. grated onion
2 - 3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together soup, onion, eggs, mayonnaise, and cheese; add broccoli. Spread mixture in casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 30-40 minutes. Breadcrumbs can be sprinkled on top before baking, if desired.
