2 cans of coconut milk (14 oz.each) 2 cups sugar 8 cups water 1 pkg.agar-agar (1/2 oz.)
Boil water and sugar until dissolved, approximately 10 minutes. Add agar-agar and boil for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and boil for another 5 minutes. Pour into cake pan and cool until agar-agar sets. Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Serves at least 12.
