8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. margarine 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. rasberry preserves 1 3/4 c. flour
Cream the marg., cream cheese, and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add alternately with the milk. Pour the batter into a greased 9X13 inch pan. Dot with 1/2 c. raspberry preserves and swirl. Bake @ 350º for 35 mins.
