3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) Parkay Spread Sticks
3 c. sugar
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) Kraft Marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 13x9 in. or 9 in. square pan. Microwave Parkay in 4 quart microwaveable bowl or casserole on high for 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk. Mix well. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes.

Mix well; scrape bowl. Microwave on high for 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Gradually Stir in chocolate chips until milted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pans; cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes 3 lbs.
