3 1/2 c. diced chicken
1/3 c. slivered almonds (or chopped water chestnuts)
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or miracle whip if like it a little more salty)
1 c. finely diced celery
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and blend well. Toss with chicken,celery, and almonds.
Serve on bread, or lettuce. This makes great chicken salad for cream puffs.
