1/2 lb. graham crackers
3/4 cup walnuts
1 lb. dates (2 cups)
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roll graham crackers into fine crumbs. Pit dates and cut into small pieces. Cut marshmallows, use scissors rubbed with butter.

Whip cream until stiff. Combine with half the cracker crumbs, dates, marshmallows, nuts and salt. Blend thoroughly and shape into a roll. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs and roll to coat thoroughly. Chill roll for about 12 hours. Cut into slices and serve with cream or topped with whipped cream. Serves 10-12
