Sweet Cream Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Ingredients:  
3 eggs
3 cups Rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sweet cream
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add cream. Mix sugar, flour and salt and add to egg mixture. Then mix in the rhubarb and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400 and 40 minutes at 350.

Meringue:
Beat 3 egg whites, 6 tbsp. sugar. Put meringue on hot pie and brown in hot oven.
