125gm Butter 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 125gm Icing Sugar 1 tin Condensed Milk (chilled)
Beat the butter and icing sugar very well, then add the lemon juice very gradually and beat well. Add the condensed milk and beat well again. This mixture should be quite thick. Fill pre-cooked tart shells.
I find this quantity fills two large or three small pie shells
