425g can sliced Mangoes
cup Caster Sugar
375ml can Carnation Light & Creamy Coconut Flavoured Evaporated Milk, chilled overnight
Sliced Mangoes to serve

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 14cm x 24cm large loaf pan, line base with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan.
Place undrained mangoes and sugar into a food processor. Process until smooth.
Pour chilled evaporated milk into a large bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on high speed until double in volume. Fold through mango puree. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
To serve invert pan onto a serving plate. Rub base and side of pan with a hot damp cloth to release ice-cream. Remove paper. Cut ice-cream into thick slices.
Serve coconut mango ice-cream with sliced mangoes.
